Oriole Insights offers an intuitive and flexible platform for UP/DOWN predictions, allowing participants to align their forecasts with their market outlook. The action of prediction is named "VOTE", as one gets engaged in competition with other predictors.

1. Time Frame Selection:

Every vote starts with defining its duration. Users select the period over which they expect the asset's value to move. Choices range from short-term to long-term:

1. Prediction Cost:

The cost, in ORI, is proportional to the duration:

1. Activation and Outcome Determination:

• Immediate Status Assignment: As soon as the vote is placed, it is labeled with a "Pending" status.

• Daily Freeze Period: From 0:00 AM UTC to 0:30 AM UTC, Oriole Insights undergoes a freeze period. During this half-hour period, users are restricted from placing or canceling votes. This window is when the platform processes and calculates outcomes for all active votes.

• Cancelation: Votes on 3-6 days can't be canceled at all. Votes 7+ days can be canceled for free during "Pending", and for a 50% fee during "Active." Current day included.

1. Outcome Determination:

Oriole Insights employs real-time data from respected crypto price trackers to ensure accuracy. Depending on the selected timeframe, the platform compares price movements with the initial price to decide the prediction's success or failure. Predictors then receive instant feedback, and the results impact their reputation scores. For clarity and trust, all outcome determinations are made transparently.
